This is in order to facilitate our response to you and your enquiry and to contact you in the future should you elect to be added to any waiting list relating to our properties.

We will, with your consent, contact you regarding upcoming events and add you to any lists for updates and newsletters

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

To contact in answer to queries and questions, to offer updates on our plans and events or to invite you to events

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • TOWN. The development company working with Still Green may pass on information from enquiries to them
  • Connells Ltd., estate agents working with TOWN. and Still Green may pass on information from enquiries to them

Where we obtain your personal data

Personal data is normally provided by you through the website, twitter or facebook contact and subsequent communication.  

At times, we may further process personal data we have already collected.  We only do this if the new purpose for the processing is compatible with the original purpose that the data was collected for or we have first told you why we now need to process that personal data.

Other community members as is necessary to support responding to your enquiry.
Google, Twitter, Facebook, – depending upon how you have contacted us.

Google, Slack – for internal communication and record keeping about your enquiry.
